Game planning for youth softball and baseball is complicated. Anyone who’s volunteered to coach a team has a host of responsibilities that often includes practice planning, communication with parents, maintaining fields, wrangling youngsters, and managing a growing list of lost-and-found items. It’s often not until gameday that you have the time to build the game plan.

It’s our belief that there’s learning and growth during competition that cannot be replicated in practice. Our hope is that every athlete gets the chance they’ve earned to play in the game and every coach is equipped to be successful in mentoring these young athletes.
